17:28: Sugarcreek EMS is able to respond now.
17:33: First unit on scene is from Station 28, confirming patient still on roadway. PSP is requested to the scene.
17:38: Units on scene reporting possible OD, patient still unconscious. Sugarcreek requested helicopter on standby. Fire Police have been toned out for traffic control.
17:40: They’re saying she may have been hit by a vehicle, unknown.
17:41: Helicopter requested in the air. LZ will be Fairview Ballfields.
17:48: Ambulance is en route to the LZ.
17:49: Ambulance requesting PSP to the LZ, sounds urgent.
17:51: Stat airborne from Kittanning Hospital.
18:01: Stat is on the ground.
18:08: They’re attempting to reopen traffic but they want someone to maintain a physical presence beside the patient’s backpack which is apparently still on the road.
18:20: Stat is still on the ground. No further updates from any units involved.
18:24: Stat is airborne to Presby.
18:29: Some fire units are returning in service.
18:44: Stat arrived UPMC Presbyterian.
