14:32: Report of a cottage on fire.
14:38: Captain 16 reporting heavy smoke showing. PD on scene confirming working fire.
14:40: PD reporting another single-wide trailer is endangered at this time but not currently involved. Chief 16 requesting 2nd alarm activation.
14:48: Driveway is soft, trucks won’t be able to make it very far in, they’re going to lay quite a bit of hose.
14:55: Stations 19 (Callery) and 3 (Butler Twp) are requested for additional manpower and an additional tanker.
15:01: Station 290 (Burrell Township, Armstrong County) is requested for another tanker and another out of county unit is requested to standby at Station 16.
15:22: Fire Police stated they needed to get a firetruck out of the way but apparently a wrecker had been called to assist it.
15:25: KDKA helicopter is circling over this scene currently.
15:36: KDKA has departed for the scene of the MVA in Zelie.
16:05: Command checked on the status of the heavy wrecker PD requested for the stuck fire apparatus, Control didn’t have additional info, believes they’re still en route.
~16:00:16:10: WTAE helicopter circled.
~16:20: I believe they stated some units are beginning to be released; Station 16 personnel at the station were told to return to quarters.
16:40: Fire marshal has arrived on scene.
16:52: More units are released now including Station 19.
17:01: Tow truck driver has arrived, telling fire police a tractor trailer will be approaching soon with a bulldozer on the back, they’re not sure if it’ll be able to get through.
17:31: Command was asked if Station 10 personnel can be released, some have to get to their jobs, command answered affirmatively.
17:39 Station 15 units cleared the scene.
17:58: More units returning in service. Station 42 (Adams Area) was released, I believe they were on standby.
